Orders take anywhere from 1-10 days to be packed and dropped off at the post office! Thursdays are my usual post office days. If you need your order sooner, reach out and i will try my best to make it happen. All orders ship with a valid USPS tracking number. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after being dropped off at the post office.
All candles and crystals ship safely with lots of bubble wrap and pink fragile stickers all over the box <3
I believe in reusing perfectly good shipping materials so orders will sometimes show up in a completely random box, for example, a cardboard soy sauce box or a bulk popcorn box.

Orders sometimes arrive damaged. This is not a common occurence but unfortunatelyyy it can happen.
Every order you place from my website is insured. As soon as your package leaves the post office it is completely out of my hands. If your package arrives damaged please reach out to the shipping carrier provided using your tracking number and they will help you file a claim. Be sure to KEEP your items and take plenty of photos of the box and the inside as well!
International shipping:
International shipping rates vary by country and can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to be delivered but include a tracking number. The prices are determined on the size and weight of each package.
If you are looking to place an order outside of the US, please send me a message regarding each item you would like to purchase and your shipping address so I can get a price together for you. (International shipping includes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and any other country outside of the United States.)
